Delete Your Account

We are sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Crez account.

Open the Crez App on your phone.

Go to the Profile section (bottom menu).

Tap on Help & Support.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Tap on Delete My Account (Red Button).

Select a reason for leaving and tap Submit Request.

You have already submitted a deletion request. For security, you can only submit once every 7 days.
