Part 1: General Terms

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Crez mobile application and website ("crez.in"). By accessing the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Merchant features. Users under 18 may use the shopping features under parental supervision.

1.2 Location Services

You agree to enable location services to allow the app to calculate distances to nearby shops and discover live merchant campaigns in your block. This is a core feature of the service.

Part 2: For Users (Shoppers)

2. Merchant Campaigns, Points & Rewards

2.1 Nature of Points & Promotional Rewards

Points and rewards earned on Crez are promotional loyalty incentives provided by partner merchants. Points have no cash value and cannot be directly withdrawn or exchanged for cash.

2.2 Status of Central Mega Lucky Draws

Please note that the Crez Central Mega Monthly Lucky Draw (featuring mega prizes such as automobiles and luxury electronics) is currently postponed and on hold as we focus on real-time neighborhood merchant campaigns. Any active draws in the app are store-specific Shop Lucky Draws hosted and fulfilled by respective merchants. Updates regarding future Central Mega Draws will be announced separately on the platform.

2.3 Interactive Merchant Campaigns

Users can unlock and participate in multiple gamified merchant campaign formats at participating local stores:

Next Purchase Discounts: Flat or percentage savings applied on your subsequent store visit upon fulfilling minimum purchase criteria.
Spin the Wheel & Offline Spinners: Interactive digital wheels granting instant bill discounts or store gifts.
Digital Scratch Cards: Real-time scratch cards revealing instant cashback vouchers or special deals.
Loyalty Punch Cards: Digital punch tracking where completing specified visit milestones (e.g. 5th or 10th visit) awards exclusive treats.
Target Lock: Milestone savings unlocked upon reaching specified spending thresholds at a store.
Shop Lucky Draws: Store-specific bumper draws organized directly by individual merchants.
Network Combos: Cross-redeemable reward coupons valid across allied merchant stores.

2.4 Fair Play Guarantee

Crez guarantees that game results (Spinners, Scratch Cards, and Draw selections) are generated via unbiased algorithmic randomizers. Merchants do not have the ability to modify, manipulate, or override outcomes.

2.5 User Responsibility for Collection & Redemption

It is the User's responsibility to redeem discount vouchers during Self Check-out or collect free physical gifts from the merchant counter during the campaign validity period.

Part 3: For Merchants (Shopkeepers)

3. Wallet, Campaigns & Operations

3.1 Merchant Wallet

Merchants maintain a prepaid balance in their Crez Wallet to issue points, post block updates, and operate active campaign promotions. Wallet recharges are used solely for service fees and platform operations.

3.2 Point Distribution & Deductions

When you reward a customer, charges are deducted from your wallet based on the point multiplier you select (1% to 5% of sale value).

3.3 Staff Management & Multi-Staff Split

Free Allowance: The first two (2) staff accounts are FREE.
Commission Allocation: A single customer checkout can split commissions across multiple staff members based on scanned staff professional QR IDs.

3.4 Campaign Creation & Merchant Obligations

Merchants can create and manage up to 8 campaign templates (Next Purchase, Spin Wheel, Offline Spinner, Scratch Cards, Punch Cards, Target Lock, Shop Lucky Draws, Network Combos).
Commitment to Honor: Merchants are legally obligated to honor valid discounts, scratch card cashbacks, and physical gift rewards awarded through their active campaigns.
Tamper-Proof Policy: Once a campaign is active, results are managed by Crez technology and cannot be altered.

3.5 Redemption Financials

Merchant Campaign Discounts: Discounts and gifts issued from Merchant-created campaigns are fulfilled directly by the Merchant at checkout.
Platform Promotional Vouchers: Verified platform-sponsored vouchers redeemed at a store are credited back to the Merchant's wallet balance.

Part 4: Legal

4. Limitation of Liability

Crez acts as a technology platform connecting local buyers and sellers. Crez is not liable for product quality, seller guarantees, or merchant stock shortages. Any product warranties or returns must be handled directly with the merchant.

We reserve the right to suspend any User or Merchant account found engaging in fraudulent activity or artificial transaction volume.
