Crez is a Physical Shopping Companion app. We connect you with local shops in your block where you can buy products physically, earn points, and win prizes. It is NOT an online delivery app.

No. Crez does not offer online ordering or home delivery. You must visit the assigned shop physically to purchase items and scan your card to earn points.

Absolutely. Our draws are transparent and held physically in your district. If a winning number belongs to an unsold coupon, we redraw instantly until a valid user wins.

This is our best feature! Before visiting the market, you can send a photo of a product (like a Saree pattern or Shoe style) to shops in your block. Merchants will reply if they have it in stock. Saves you time and effort!

Simply visit any shop listed on the Crez App, make a purchase, and show your Crez Card (QR Code) to the merchant. They will scan it using their camera and points will be added to your wallet immediately.

These are different tiers. Iron coupons act as entry-level rewards (Household items), Silver for gadgets, and Gold for grand prizes like Bikes. You need more points to unlock higher tiers.

If you win, our District Manager will contact you. You must provide valid ID proof matching your Crez account. Prizes are handed over physically.

You can create a Merchant account and add up to 2 staff members for FREE. Charges apply only when you distribute points (1% to 5% margin) or add extra staff.

Please ensure your Phone's GPS/Location is turned ON and you have granted location permission to the Crez App. We show shops based on your block distance.

Points do not expire as long as your account is active. However, once converted into a Coupon for a specific month's draw, that coupon is valid only for that month's event.

You can delete your account from the App (Profile > Help > Request Delete Account) or visit our Delete Request Page.
