A. Location Data (GPS)

We collect precise location data from your device to:

• For Users: Calculate the exact distance between your current location and the nearest assigned shop in your block. This helps you find local stores easily.
• For Merchants: Verify the shop location during registration and listing.

B. Camera & Media Access

Our app requires camera access for specific features:

• For Merchants: To scan the User's Crez Card (QR Code) to verify identity and input sale amounts for point distribution.
• For Users: To scan merchant QR codes (if applicable) or upload profile images.

C. Personal Information

• User Details: Name, Phone Number, and District/Block information. This is required to generate unique Lucky Draw Coupons and identify winners.
• Merchant Details: Shop Name, Business Address, Contact Information, and Staff details (for account management).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• Lucky Draw Transparency: To generate coupons from your earned points and to conduct the monthly district-wise lucky draw.
• Prize Distribution: To verify your identity when a District Manager physically hands over a prize.
• Communication: To allow Users to send queries to Merchants regarding products or availability.
• Transaction Management: To track Merchant wallet recharges, staff fees, and point deductions (1x to 5x logic).

3. Disclosure of Information

We maintain strict privacy controls. However, certain information is shared for transparency and service fulfillment:

A. Public Winners List

To ensure our lucky draws are fair and transparent, we publicly publish the Winning Coupon Numbers and the First Name/District of the winners. We do not publish full addresses or sensitive data publicly.

B. Service Providers (District Managers)

We share necessary contact details (Name, Address, Phone) with our assigned District Managers solely for the purpose of locating the winner and physically delivering the prize.

4. Merchant Specific Data

For Merchants, we securely store wallet balance and recharge history. Information regarding staff accounts (names and login details) is stored to manage the "2 Free Staff" policy and subsequent charges. We do not share your business sales data with other merchants.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, wallet balances, and point history from unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
