- For Users: Calculate the exact distance between your current location and nearby shops in your block, discover active store campaigns (spinners, scratch cards, discounts), and enable hyper-local shop discovery.
- For Merchants: Verify your physical shop location during registration and listing.
B. Camera & Media Access
Our app requires camera access for specific features:
- For Merchants: To scan customer Crez QR cards to verify identity, complete transactions, and issue points or offline rewards.
- For Users: To scan merchant shop QR codes during Self Check-out and scan Staff Professional ID cards for sales commission allocation.
C. Personal Information
- User Details: Name, Phone Number, and District/Block information. This is required to record transaction rewards, manage gameplay participations (Spinners, Scratch Cards, Punch Cards), and identify reward winners.
- Merchant Details: Shop Name, Business Address, Contact Information, Category, and Staff account credentials.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- Campaign Execution & In-Store Rewards: To calculate discounts, administer spin wheels, digital scratch cards, loyalty punch cards, and store-specific lucky draws.
- Self Check-out Processing: To process your scan-and-pay requests, split staff commissions, and automatically apply eligible merchant coupons to your bill.
- Prize & Reward Collection: To verify customer identity when collecting free gifts from merchants or claiming prize rewards.
- Local Communication: To enable product queries and stock inquiries between shoppers and nearby merchants.
- Transaction & Wallet Management: To maintain merchant balances, staff commission payouts, and point distributions.

A. Campaign Transparency & Shop Draws
To ensure fair play, shop-level lucky draw winner ticket numbers or first names and masked phone numbers may be displayed to participants within that specific store campaign.

Necessary contact details are used solely to verify transactions, validate redemptions at store counters, and support user queries.
4. Merchant Specific Data
For Merchants, we securely store wallet balance, campaign configurations, and transaction logs. Staff details are stored securely to manage permissions. We never sell or expose your private business transaction analytics to third-party competitors.
