Crez is a Physical Shopping & Rewards Companion app. We connect you with local stores in your block where you can shop physically, unlock exclusive merchant campaigns (Spinners, Scratch Cards, Punch Cards), and get instant discounts on your bills. It is NOT an online delivery app.

Merchants on Crez launch 8 interactive campaign formats to reward shoppers: Next Purchase Discounts, Spin the Wheel, In-Store Offline Spinners, Digital Scratch Cards, Loyalty Punch Cards, Target Lock Spending Goals, Shop Lucky Draws, and Network Combos. You can participate during your shopping visits!

The central Crez Mega Monthly Lucky Draw (for Cars, Bikes & Luxury Gadgets) is currently postponed and on hold so we can deliver instant merchant campaigns and in-store rewards across neighborhood stores. Any active lucky draws you see in the app are store-specific Shop Lucky Draws hosted by individual merchants. Central mega draw seasons will be announced in future updates!

Self Check-out allows seamless in-store checkout: 1. Scan the shop's QR code at the counter. 2. Scan staff ID cards (if applicable). 3. Enter your purchase amount. 4. Auto-apply available vouchers. 5. Play games (Spinner/Scratch). 6. Submit request. Once the merchant verifies, your discount is applied immediately!

No. Crez technology ensures that results for Spinners, Scratch Cards, and Shop Lucky Draws are 100% fair and algorithmic. Merchants cannot view or alter the outcome beforehand.

Before heading to the market, you can send a photo of a product (e.g., a clothing pattern, hardware item, or shoe style) to shops in your block. Merchants reply directly with availability and pricing, saving you time and travel!

1. Discount Vouchers: Applied automatically or manually to your bill amount during Self Check-out.
2. Free Store Gifts: Show your winning claim screen to the merchant at the counter to collect your physical gift on the spot.

Yes! During Self Check-out, customers can scan multiple staff Professional ID cards and split the total purchase amount among them (e.g. ₹1600 split between Staff A, B, and C). Each staff member receives their proportionate commission.

No! Merchants do NOT need to list items, scan barcodes, or upload catalog sheets. To create a sale, the merchant simply enters the Total Bill Amount (or the customer enters it during Self Check-out). Rewards and points are calculated automatically in seconds.

Registering as a Merchant is free and includes 2 FREE Staff Accounts. Charges apply only when you distribute points (1% to 5% margin), publish block broadcast posts (₹20), or book home page banners (₹50/day).

Please ensure your device GPS/Location is enabled and you have granted location permissions to the Crez App. Crez displays verified shops and campaigns based on your active block and proximity.

You can delete your account directly from the App (Profile > Help > Request Delete Account) or visit our Delete Request Page.
