Part 1: General Terms

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Crez mobile application and website ("crez.in"). By accessing the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Merchant features. Users under 18 may use the shopping features under parental supervision.

1.2 Location Services

You agree to enable location services to allow the app to calculate distances to nearby shops. This is a core feature of the service.

Part 2: For Users (Shoppers)

2. Points, Coupons & Prizes

2.1 Nature of Points

Points earned on Crez are promotional rewards given by merchants. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. They can only be converted into Lucky Draw Coupons within the app.

2.2 The Lucky Draw Process

Draws are conducted on a monthly basis for each district.
Fair Draw Guarantee: If a drawn winning number corresponds to a coupon that was not issued to any user (unsold), the system will automatically declare it void and conduct a re-draw. We will continue drawing until a valid, assigned coupon number is selected.

2.3 Claiming Prizes

Winners will be notified via the app.
Prizes are handed over physically by an assigned District Manager.
The winner must be physically present and produce valid ID proof matching the Crez account details. If the user cannot be verified, the prize may be forfeited.

2.4 Refer & Earn Policy

User-to-User Referral: When an existing user successfully refers a new user to the Crez app, both the referring user and the new user will receive a specific reward voucher. These vouchers can be claimed by making a purchase of a minimum required amount at any Crez Partner Shop.
User-to-Merchant Referral: If a user successfully refers a new merchant (shopkeeper) to the platform, a certain percentage of that merchant's first wallet recharge will be rewarded to the referring user as a voucher. This voucher can also be claimed by completing a purchase of a minimum required amount at any Crez Partner Shop.

Part 3: For Merchants (Shopkeepers)

3. Wallet, Recharge & Charges

3.1 Merchant Wallet

Merchants must maintain a prepaid balance in their Crez Wallet to issue points to customers. Wallet recharges are generally non-refundable and are used solely for service charges on the platform.

3.2 Point Distribution & Deductions

When you reward a customer, charges are deducted from your wallet based on the point multiplier you select:

Standard Deduction: For every 1x Point issued, 1% of the sale value (or equivalent wallet balance) is deducted.
Range: You may set rewards between 1x to 5x. Higher points result in higher wallet deductions accordingly.

3.3 Staff Management Fees

Free Allowance: The first two (2) staff accounts added to your merchant profile are FREE.
Paid Additions: Adding more than 2 staff members will incur a management fee, which will be deducted from your wallet balance.

3.4 Multiple Shops

Merchants may list multiple physical shop locations under a single account. However, all shops must be verified and located within the operational districts.

3.5 Voucher Claims & Wallet Withdrawals

Voucher Amount to Wallet: When a merchant accepts a customer's Crez voucher, the claimed voucher amount is directly credited to the merchant's Crez Wallet balance.
Withdrawal Rule: Merchants can withdraw their available wallet balance to their bank accounts. However, a balance of ₹1000 must be maintained in the wallet at the time of withdrawal. Merchants may only request a withdrawal for the extra amount available above this ₹1000 minimum limit

3.6 Business Closure & Refund Policy

Account Closure Refund: If a merchant decides to close their business account on the Crez app, they are eligible for a refund. The merchant will receive exactly a 50% refund of the total available balance in their wallet at the time of closure (whether the balance is ₹300, ₹500, ₹1500, or any other amount).
Reason for 50% Deduction: The remaining 50% of the wallet balance is non-refundable and is retained by the platform to sustain the Crez ecosystem. This deduction is strictly utilized to fund the Lucky Draw prizes, cover app maintenance and server costs, run marketing campaigns, and ensure the smooth operation of the platform for all users and merchants.

Part 4: Legal

4. Limitation of Liability

Crez acts as a technology platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the products sold by merchants. Any product disputes must be resolved directly with the shopkeeper.

We reserve the right to suspend any User or Merchant account found engaging in fraudulent activity, such as fake sales to generate points.
